I bought this couch after tons of research. It is literally the most uncomfortable couch ive ever sat on. It is way too narrow, so you cannot fold your legs on it, and my knees hang over the edge. I tried to return it or exchange it, but since it was 9 days after purchase, and the return policy is that they will accept returns/exchanges only within 7 days...they denied it. Even though it had only been 2 days beyond the deadline, and 2 weekend days at that with a holiday stuck in there, they would not budge on their policy. So i am stuck with it. i am very unhappy. They told me to post it on Craigslist and try and sell it there. Nice. I would never do business with this company again, and I am very disappointed with everything in general. They were great when trying to GET my business, but keeping me as a satisfied customer apparently is not a concern of theirs. I even told them that if they let me exchange the couch I would buy more stuff as I have to furnish an entire apartment..but no. Im stuck with it. hard as a rock, narrow, no cushioning whatsoever, when open as a bed there is a severe indentation from where the couch folds, and no way can more than one person sleep on this..possibley 2 small children. Additionally, when I sit on it, the springs creak and groan..and I weigh 115lbs!!
